the marble queen pop-up began in portland, oregon in the post-pandemic era, taking over the former vita café/café gertrude space on alberta street.
with an eclectic, rotating seasonal menu, the pop-up soon hit the road—appearing at outdoor venues like the psu farmers market, portland night market, and portland craft beer festival throughout 2021 and 2022, where it built a loyal following.
